Please include the page title or URL when you are reporting a mistake. For countdown questions, it also helps to mention your city or timezone because the calendar date can differ around the world.

What you can contact us about

  • A date, calculation, or historical detail that may need correction
  • A broken link or page that does not display properly
  • A Christmas tradition that deserves better context or sourcing
  • Permission to reference or reproduce original material from this site
  • Privacy questions or requests concerning information you sent directly
  • General feedback about the countdown and planning guides

Corrections

Accuracy matters here. The main countdown is checked against midnight at the start of December 25 in New York (America/New_York), and location-specific tools state their own timezone, while cultural and historical articles are reviewed against reliable references. If you spot an error, send the exact claim and, when possible, a source that supports the correction. Confirmed errors are fixed as soon as practical.

Response time

This is an independently run site, not a staffed newsroom. Most messages receive a reply within five business days. During November and December, replies may take a little longer because traffic and update work are at their busiest.

Before you email

Please do not send passwords, payment information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal data. The countdown and current planning tools do not require an account. Product pages clearly label previews and items in development; checkout for the full Christmas plan is not open. Newsletter signup is separate from a product purchase.
